Refund policy

Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days of the order being shipped. Please email MadelineWoodsLLC@gmail.com to initiate a return/exchange.

To be eligible for a return your items MUST have original tags and be in clean, original condition with no signs of wear or odors.

A return shipping label will be provided, however the customer will be charged for secondary shipping on any replacement items.

All discounted/sale/clearance items are considered FINAL SALE

Any hair accessory, hair bow or jewelry is FINAL SALE

Any packages lost in transit will not be refunded.
